Eat slowly.
Kunyah makanan at least 15-20 kali sebelum telan akan memberi masa utk otak dan badan utk memberikan signal bahawa kita sudah kenyang. Jika makan terlalu laju, 30 min later. Makan terlalu laju akan menyebabkan overeating.
It's a sunnah too.. =)
